We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for international orders. The customs duties imposed by the Republic of South Africa authorities to facilitate the return of items significantly increase the associated costs. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Please be advised that the responsibility for return shipping costs rests with you, the customer. Refunds will be processed only after we have received the returned item in satisfactory condition. It is essential to ensure that the return is dispatched using a reliable and traceable delivery method, such as a courier service that provides tracking capabilities. This measure is vital, as we will be unable to issue a refund if the shipping service selected misplaces or loses the item during transit. Furthermore, we reserve the right to deny any requests for exchange, contingent upon the condition of the item upon its return.

Please note that failure to include the original tags and packaging in your return will result in a nominal fee deduction from your refund.
Upon receiving your return in satisfactory condition, we will commence the refund process through our designated return gateway. Please allow a timeframe of 5 to 10 working days for the processing of your refund, as this period is the estimated duration provided by the processing institution, although it often occurs more promptly.
It is important to note that all returns and/or exchanges, irrespective of whether the items are damaged or simply unwanted, must be executed within 14 days of purchase.
