Shipping Policy
1. We are unable to provide delivery to a post office box (PO Box), parcel locker, Locked Bag address, or similar service. We only deliver to home addresses across South Africa.
2. Our delivery vehicle needs to be able to park safely within 20 meters of where it needs to deliver. The area where we deliver must always be clean and safe, with no hazards or loose pets. If these conditions aren't met, we may have to refuse to make the delivery.
3. Delivery times and dates provided are estimates only and may be influenced by factors such as weather conditions, traffic, postal contingencies, the actions of our agents, and other variables. Consequently, we are unable to guarantee delivery on the date previously arranged with you.
4. When we deliver packaged products, we will handle everything with care, but please keep in mind that there is always a chance something could get damaged. While we make every effort to avoid any mishaps, we cannot take responsibility for any damage that happens during the delivery, even if it’s due to our negligence. Thank you for understanding!
5. All deliveries must be accepted at the designated delivery address by you or a nominated representative, as communicated in advance. The individual receiving the delivery, whether you or your nominee, must be at least 18 years of age, possess valid photographic and/or credit card identification as previously authorised, and be capable of signing for the receipt of the goods. Elevate Body retains the right to require the presence of the credit card holder at the time of delivery on occasion.
6. Upon receipt of the delivery, it is imperative that the Customer promptly notifies Elevate Body of any damage to the items or property, or if the delivered items do not correspond with the Customer's original order. Failure to do so will result in the Customer being deemed to have accepted both the items and the delivery, by applicable law.
7. If you or an authorised representative is not available at the scheduled delivery time, the goods will not be delivered. Please note that an additional delivery fee will apply for subsequent redelivery attempts.
8. This document shall not exclude, restrict, or modify, nor shall it have the effect of excluding, restricting, or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right, or remedy that is mandated or otherwise implied by law, including provisions under the South African Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by legal means. In instances where such a provision exists, it shall be severed only to the extent necessary to comply with the applicable legal requirements.
9. If you find that a product has arrived damaged, please make sure to report it to our driver on-site or at the warehouse within 7 days of the delivery date. For your safety, please refrain from fixing or using the product.

What does delivery include?

The products will be delivered in their original packaging. It is important to note that the items will not be unboxed before delivery.

Delivery drivers have the right to refuse the transport of items if they assess that doing so may pose a risk to their safety or the safety of others. This includes circumstances in which the delivery location is difficult to access or if there is a reasonable concern that harm may occur or damage may result during the delivery process.

Our drivers reserve the right to decline to locate your new products in the designated area if they determine that doing so may pose a risk of injury or damage to property or individuals, including themselves. This also applies if the location is characterised by poor or restricted access.

To amend the delivery date or address for an order placed with Elevate Body, it is imperative to inform the respective store at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Failure to provide such notification within the stipulated timeframe may result in the assessment of an additional delivery fee.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for the payment of a second delivery fee.
How long does delivery take?

The time it takes for orders from Elevate Body to arrive can change based on a few things, like whether the product is in stock, how quickly it can be shipped, and where it's being sent. Because these factors can be different for each order, there's no set delivery time. We recommend that customers look at the estimated delivery time for their specific order while they're buying.
What happens if no one is available to receive the delivery?

In instances where no individual is available to receive the delivery, Elevate Body’s policy requires the return of the order to our warehouse. This procedure is essential to maintain the security and integrity of your order. Consequently, this may incur additional charges and necessitate the rescheduling of the delivery. We strongly recommend that customers decide on someone to be present at the delivery location to accept the order, as this will help prevent extra costs and delays.
Is there an option for picking up my order from the warehouse?

No, Elevate Body does not allow customers to collect their orders directly from the warehouse.
What if I’m outside the standard delivery areas?

Elevate Body is available to assist in organising delivery services for customers outside of our standard delivery areas. However, we recommend that customers consider arranging their third-party delivery solutions. This method provides enhanced flexibility and may present a wider variety of options tailored to your specific location. We encourage you to contact our customer service team for support with third-party delivery arrangements or further information regarding this process.
Do you offer international shipping or free delivery options?

No. Elevate Body does not currently deliver outside South Africa. Should this change, customers will be advised on our official website and social media channels.
